At Hot Broth and Coffee, we offer soup for lunch. But we are doing something a little different, applying what we learned by operating an artisanal sandwich shop to making soups on the fly. I’m not sure how far we can push the analogy, but the broth is bread—essentially. Soups, chowders, curries, etc. At last count we have eight options daily, but before we are done we should have dozens. And that’s exciting (to us at the very least).

But we have several sandwiches too.
